Extended Stay America Suites- Akron - Copley - East

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 Stars!) As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I am absolutely delighted to leave this 10-star review! Thank you so much to Quartey, Jessica, Kofi, and AK for providing phenomenal customer service and making our stay truly enjoyable. My daughter, her service animal, and I stayed for a little over four weeks while visiting from out of state to care for my mother. Not only was our stay comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Thank you all again — we truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely return.

My family has had nothing but great experiences here. Especially with each of the staff. They go out of their way to be courteous and respectful. The rooms are spacious, affordable, they have Wi-Fi, free Continental breakfast every morning, laundry service is available if needed, and it’s close to all kinds of fun stores/restaurants. Would recommend ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Showers don't even drain and get told "we're not worried about that until renovations at end of summer"! How do you charge that much money and say you do weekly housekeeping when i was there for a month and couldn't get my room vacuumed wipe the room down anything, i mean you do advertise housekeeping and all kitchen utensils, yet you dont get them. If your considering coming here your better off at a Crack hotel on Arlington in akron.

staff here is great always accommodating, rooms are clean. Fridge, TV, microwave, stove top and bed are all good. Only thing is keep eyes open some shady looking characters always lurking about out front but I've had no issue. no deposit was required but they require a credit card on file at check in. all and all was good i would stay here again. only complaint is the noise from the highway if you an I'd try and get a room on opposite side of hotel bcuz it's seriously loud with the constant traffic on highway

My hotel stay was great. Jessica at the front desk was very nice, professional, & very helpful during my check-in process & any questions I had. (she put me in the best room ever!!) My room was clean. The bedding including the sheets, pillows, & covers on the bed & look'n under the mattress was spotless. I saw no issues with my bed. The minus problems were their water pressure in the bathroom tub & shower. It was extremely low in my room. I like heavy water when taking showers (that's just me) I also found somebody's dirty washcloth tuck'd up in the top shower curtain. My end table still had some water stains on it. The headboard (top) & the light fixture has dust on it. Overnight I slept like a baby the night was just so quiet & peaceful at the section of where my room was. It was so quiet the entire time. Had a great room. Love the full size fridge and the stove. Need to ask for everything you want in your kitchen. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very nice laundry room. Clean quiet hallways. Plenty of parking.

From start to finish, our time here was great! Check-in was smooth, and location was quiet, and easy access to many places to eat and/or shop if needed. Thankful for all the hospitality, and the room(s) being very clean. I would recommend this stay highly!
